(h) Trademark-related international intruments (i) Compliance with international instruments. (j) Capita selecta including: registrability and validity; infringement; amendment or correction (k) Civil remedies for the infringement of intellectual property rights (l) Criminal remedies for the infringement of intellectual property rights. |
